Our Mission

The City Tutors is NYC’s educational subway: offering free, flexible tutoring and career mentoring built for historically underserved communities and open to all. Available year-round across all five boroughs, The City Tutors help people build skills, grow their networks, and chart their own paths—ensuring that no one is limited by where they start and that all can fully experience the opportunities New York has to offer.
